Searching for Addresses

Last Updated on Nov 13, 2007 11:56 AM

You can search for people in your address book by using the Search box that appears in the upper right corner of every page in the Address Book.

The search will look through the names of the people you have in your address book for matches to the search words you provide.

It will not search for cities, children, E-Mail addresses, or notes placed.

If other Family Clippings members have marked you as a "Trusted Friend" you will have the option to search their address books from the search results page as well. This is useful if you are looking for your mother's uncle, but his address isn't in your address book. If she is a member of Family Clippings and has marked you as a Trusted Friend, you will be able to search through her address book and add him to your address book if you wish.
